Abstract:
This powder rolling mill is provided with: preliminary press-down rollers; and biasing units (12) for biasing rolling rollers (2) in the mutually separating direction under a condition wherein a powder material (Y) is not pressed against a base material (X) (state before powder rolling is executed) by the rolling rollers (2). According to the powder rolling mill configured in the aforementioned manner, the feed rate of the powder material supplied between the rolling rollers (2) can be adjusted more precisely.
