Abstract:
The present application provides a powder sherardizing agent, an anti-corrosion metal part and a sherardizing method. The powder sherardizing agent comprises the following components in parts by mass: 20-100 parts of metal powder, 40-80 parts of a dispersing agent and 0.2-5 parts of a decomposing agent. The metal powder comprises 60-97 parts of zinc powder and 3-40 parts of magnesium powder. The powder sherardizing agent provided in the present application can achieve the infiltration of magnesium during the sherardizing process, and zinc and magnesium can form a zinc-magnesium alloy phase having high corrosion resistance, thereby greatly improving the corrosion resistance of the infiltrated layer. The sherardizing method provided in the present application has simple operation, convenient use, low costs, high economic benefits and wide application ranges.
