Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a powder sintering lamination apparatus that prevents strength and dimensional accuracy of a three-dimensional shaped object from being made greatly different depending on a direction when fiber-containing resin powder is used as powder material. [Solution] A powder sintering lamination apparatus 1 makes fiber-containing resin powder 2 supplied onto a shaping table 4 into a powder layer 6 having a prescribed thickness with flattening means 7, irradiates laser light onto a prescribed spot of the powder layer 6 on the shaping table 4 from laser light irradiation means, sinters a part of the powder layer 6 onto which the laser light is irradiated to form a solidification layer 37, and integrally laminates a plurality of the solidification layers 37 to form a three-dimensional shaped object 38 on the shaping table 4. The flattening means 7 is composed of a first blade 7a and a second blade 7b that move in different directions. Movement tracks on the shaping table 4 of the first blade 7a and the second blade 7b are orthogonal to each other. The first blade 7a and the second blade 7b are caused to alternately move on the shaping table 4.
