Abstract:
Provided are a powder slush molding machine and a powder slush molding method with which a two-color molded sheet-like article with excellent durability can be obtained quickly and reliably.
The powder slush molding machine and the powder slush molding method involve a powder slush section (section A), a die heating section (section B), a die cooling section (section C), and a die processing section (section E) for molding a two-color molded sheet-like article. After coating using a resin coater for forming a 1‑200 µm thick coating layer made of a first resin in the die processing section, a sheet-like article made of a second resin different from the first resin is powder slush molded on or adjacent to the coating layer made of the first resin in the powder slush section.
