Abstract:
A powder spreading quality test method, comprising: after a powder spreading apparatus completes spreading of a single layer of powder, light sources separately irradiate a shaped area (3) successively, and photographing devices (7) successively perform photographing twice, to obtain two powder spreading images; composite the two powder spreading images; and determine the overall grayscale of the composite picture, and if the overall grayscale is consistent, determine that powder spreading succeeds, or if not, process the composite image by using a grayscale threshold segmentation method, mark an area comprised by the boundary of the internal contour of the image as a suspected defect area, and determine, according to a grayscale value of the suspected defect area, whether powder spreading succeeds. Also disclosed is a powder spreading quality test device, comprising light sources symmetrically disposed on two sides of a shaped cabin (8) perpendicular to a powder spreading direction and photographing devices (7) located above the shaped area, the light sources and the photographing devices (7) all being connected to a computer (9). The function of powder spreading quality test is implemented on an additive manufacturing device, and powder is re-spread when powder spreading does not satisfy a requirement; in addition, the reason for a powder spreading failure can be automatically analyzed.
