Abstract:
Disclosed is a powder supply device for electrostatic spraying of a powder coating material, relating to the field of powder coating. The device comprises an outer housing. A feeding chamber is disposed in the outer housing, and a turnplate is rotatably disposed in the feeding chamber. A plurality of coating material storage containers are fixedly disposed on the turnplate. A feeding mechanism used to feed the coating material to a spray gun is provided at the storage containers. A material preparation cylinder used to configure different components of the coating material is fixedly disposed on a top surface of the outer housing. The preparation and supply of coating materials are separated such that each time a coating material has been conveyed from a storage container, the next storage container can immediately perform a material supply operation, thereby reducing intermediary manual operations and improving processing efficiency. When the majority of the coating material in a storage container has been conveyed, nozzles are used to blow the coating material up, so as to reduce the amount of coating material remaining in the storage container. A temporary storage box is provided to temporarily store the conveyed coating material therein, and enables the coating material in the temporary storage box to be stirred and screened, so as to reduce clogging of the spray gun.
