Abstract:
Provided is a powder supply device that is configured so that: the outer circumference of a supply plate disk (34) is provided with an outer circumferential stepped portion (36) and a flange portion (37) extending in the circumferential direction and with a receiving plate inner cylinder (38) that is supported and anchored by way of an external cylindrical body (22) and an cylindrical receiving plate body (26) of a powder receiving tube (20) that corresponds to the outer circumferential stepped portion (36) so as to form a powder annular channel (40) that is surrounded by the outer circumferential stepped portion (36), the flange portion (37), and the receiving plate inner cylinder (38); the bottom edge of an internal circular body (24) of the powder receiving cylinder (20) positioned on top of the supply plate disk (34) is provided with a pressure adjusting tube (54) that can set a spatial region (H) above the supply plate disk (34) so as to be adjustable in the vertical direction; and while powder stored in a hopper is supplied to the supply plate disk (34) that is being rotated, the powder is smoothly discharged to a discharge port (42) via the annular channel (40) that is provided on the outer circumference of the supply plate disk (34). The spatial region (H) that forms an angle of repose for a powder with respect to the annular channel (40) on the supply plate disk (34) can be set so as to be adjustable, and handling of powders that have various physical properties or changing properties is made possible.
