Abstract:
The following steps are carried out: a dispersion step of dispersing a powder S on a first sheet 201; a first closing step of periodically shutting a dispersion opening 48c by using a first opening/closing means 112a; and a second closing step of periodically shutting the dispersion opening 48c by using a second opening/closing means 122a in the same period and later timing from the first opening/closing means 112a, and moving the second opening/closing means 122a from an upstream-side edge 122a_2 of the first opening/closing means 112a so that the second opening/closing means 122a extends toward the upstream side in the movement direction during the timeframe in which the upstream-side edge 122a_2 of the first opening/closing means 112a overlaps the dispersion opening 48c. Also carried out is a timing setting step of setting the divergence in the timings at which the opening/closing means 112a, 122a overlap the dispersion opening 48c.
