Abstract:

A powder weight or volumetric or counting feeder, wherein flow air is blown from a control part (28) into an air chamber (13) of a pressurizing type powder hopper (11) to keep powder paint (F) in a flow state and pressurize the inside of the pressurizing type powder hopper (11), a drive current is fed from the control part (28) to a motor (18) and carrying air is fed to a force-feed nozzle (19) in the state of the outlet portion of a screw feeder (14) and the inside of the pressurizing type powder hopper (11) kept at an equal pressure through an equalizing line (20) to rotate the screw of the screw feeder (14) so as to discharge the powder paint (F) in flow state from the inside of the pressurizing type powder hopper (11) to the force-feed nozzle (19), and then the powder paint is sprayed from the force-feed nozzle (19) to a painted object by the carrying air.
