Abstract:
Disclosed is a powdered composition obtained by drying an oil-in-water emulsion composition containing: at least one type of oil component containing at least an N-acyl amino acid diester; and at least one type of saccharide-encapsulating agent. Further disclosed are: a method for producing said powdered composition; and a cosmetic material obtained by combining said powdered composition and an aqueous medium.
