Abstract:
A powdered detergent composition containing: (a) 10-45% by mass, inclusive, of an anionic surface-active agent; (b) 0-7% by mass, inclusive, of a non-ionic surface-active agent; (c) 10-30% by mass, inclusive, of an alkali metal carbonate; (d) 10-40% by mass, inclusive, of an alkali bicarbonate; (e) 0-5% by mass, inclusive, of a phosphate builder; and (f) protease, where the mass ratio of (c)/(d) is 1/3-2/1, inclusive, and the pH of a 0.5% by mass solution at 25°C is 9-10.4, inclusive. This powdered detergent composition can significantly enhance the decomposition activity of protease on proteins included in dirty collars and sleeves, thereby making it possible to achieve extremely high washability.
