Title:
POWDERY VINYL POLYMER, CURABLE RESIN COMPOSITION, AND CURED OBJECT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2010/090246
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A powdery vinyl polymer which has excellent dispersibility in a curable resin composition and makes the curable resin composition rapidly come into a gel state when heated at a given temperature for a short time period. The powdery polymer has a low ion concentration and is useful as a pregellant which is for imparting excellent electrical characteristics to a cured object to be obtained and is suitable for use in the field of electronic materials. Provided are a curable resin composition containing the powdery vinyl polymer and a cured object obtained from the curable resin composition. The powdery vinyl polymer has an acetone soluble content of 30 mass% or higher, the acetone solubles having a mass-average molecular weight of 100,000 or higher, and has an alkali metal ion content of 10 ppm or lower and a volume-average primary-particle diameter (Dv) of 200 nm or larger.
