Abstract:
A power amplification device, a radio remote unit, and a base station, for use in improving the power amplification efficiency. The power amplification device comprises an envelope modulator (201), a main power amplifier (202), and a first auxiliary power amplifier (203). The envelope modulator (201) is connected to a drain of the main power amplifier (202) and is used for obtaining an envelope voltage according to a received envelope signal and outputting the envelope voltage to the drain of the main power amplifier (202). The main power amplifier (202) is used for amplifying a signal input by a gate of the main power amplifier (202), using the envelope voltage received from the envelope modulator (201) as a working voltage by means of the connection to the envelope modulator (201), and outputting the envelope voltage to a drain of the first auxiliary power amplifier (203) by means of the connection to the first auxiliary power amplifier (203). The first auxiliary power amplifier (203) amplifies a signal input by a gate of the first auxiliary power amplifier (203) and for using the envelop voltage received from the main power amplifier (202) as a working voltage by means of the connection to the main power amplifier (202).
