Abstract:
Provided is a power amplifier circuit capable of enhancing efficiency of a power amplifier. The circuit comprises: a first branch comprising a first amplifier and a first matching network connected in cascade; a second branch comprising a second amplifier and a second matching network connected in cascade, wherein the first branch and the second branch form a first combined branch by means of a first coupled line; a third branch comprising a third amplifier and a third matching network connected in cascade; and a fourth branch comprising a fourth amplifier and a fourth matching network connected in cascade, wherein the third branch and the fourth branch form a second combined branch by means of a second coupled line, an first output end of the first coupled line is a signal output end of the circuit, and a second output end of the first coupled line is connected to a first output end of the second coupled line, such that the first branch combination and the second branch combination form a series-connected branch combination.
