Abstract:
There are provided: an amplifier (3) for amplifying a signal including a first signal and a second signal having a frequency different from that of the first signal; an input-side bias circuit (6) of which one end is connected to a signal input terminal (3a) of the amplifier (3) and the other end is connected to a first bias terminal (9), the input-side bias circuit (6) preventing the passage of the first and second signals and allowing the passage of a component corresponding to the difference frequency between the first signal and the second signal or a component corresponding to an integer multiple of the difference frequency; and an output-side bias circuit (10) of which one end is connected to a signal output terminal (3b) of the amplifier (3) and the other end is connected to a second bias terminal (13), the output-side bias circuit (10) preventing the passage of the first and second signals and allowing the passage of a component corresponding to the difference frequency between the first signal and the second signal or a component corresponding to an integer multiple of the difference frequency. A feedback circuit (14) adjusts the phase and the amplitude of the component corresponding to the difference frequency or the component corresponding to an integer multiple of the difference frequency appearing at the other end of the output-side bias circuit (10), and outputs the amplitude- and phase-adjusted component to the other end of the input-side bias circuit (6).
