Abstract:
This power amplifier is provided with: a plurality of amplification elements; a tournament-type circuit that has a plurality of transmission lines in a tournament shape and is connected to the plurality of amplification elements; and a plurality of difference frequency short circuits that are shunt-connected to a plurality of nodes of the tournament-type circuit, and is characterized in that each of the plurality of difference frequency short circuits has an inductor and a capacitor which are connected in series, the resonant frequencies of the plurality of difference frequency short circuits decrease as being separated from the plurality of amplification elements, and the difference frequency short circuits having the same resonant frequency are connected to a plurality of nodes on the same stage among the plurality of nodes.
