Abstract:
A power-apparatus-free conveying system and method for high-concentration pulp. A bleaching feeding tank (1) is connected to an inlet end of a C-type dehydrator (3) by means of a pulp conveying pump (2), and an outlet end of the C-type dehydrator (3) is successively connected to a fourth preheating spiral conveyor (4), a fourth dosing conveyer hopper (5), a fourth medium-concentration mixer (6), a fourth pipe heater (7) and an AP reaction tank (8). An outlet end of the AP reaction tank (8) is connected to a first vacuum pulp washer (10) by means of an AP-section pulp conveying pump (9); and an output end of the first vacuum pulp washer (10) is successively connected to a first preheating screw conveyor (11), the first dosing conveyer hopper (12), a first medium-concentration mixer (13), a first pipe heater (14) and an alkalization tower (15). Thus, a transmission mode solving insufficient installation space and meeting conveying power requirements of bleaching processes is provided. Dosing devices are improved, and steam spraying pipes are additionally provided at dosing hoppers, thus meeting power requirements of pulp conveying, and solving the problems of apparatus blockage and unsmooth conveying.
