Abstract:
A power assembly device (100) for a battery electric vehicle, comprising a motor driver (110), a direct current motor (120), a friction clutch transmission (130), a differential, a vehicle control unit (163), and a motor control unit (161). The vehicle control unit (163) obtains in real time, from the motor control unit (161) and a sensor, a group of parameters comprising a motor speed, a load current, a clutch disengage signal, and a speed signal of a driven disc primary shaft of a transmission input shaft, and instructs, according to the parameters, the motor control unit (161) to control the speed of the direct current motor (120), so that the speed of a driving disc of a friction clutch driven by the direct current motor (120) is consistent with that of the driven disc primary shaft of the transmission input shaft of the friction clutch. The power assembly device can enable a vehicle to travel smoothly in different operating situations.
