Abstract:
A power-assisted electric motor device (100, 100A, 100B), an electric motor position sensor (3) mounting structure, a brake device (101) and a vehicle (300). A sensor shell (30) and a control module (5) are respectively configured on two sides of a mounting shell (2). A wiring shell (35) arranged on the sensor shell (30) passes through a through hole (2d) in the mounting shell (2) to be connected to the control module (5). A first positioning portion (33a) on the sensor shell (30) is engaged with a second positioning portion (2e) on the mounting shell (2). The sensor shell (30) and the mounting shell (2) have a direct positioning relationship, such that the adverse impact of a mounting error between the sensor shell (30) and an electric motor (1) on a positional relationship between the sensor shell (30) and the mounting shell (2) can be reduced, thereby improving the positional accuracy between the wiring shell (35) arranged on the sensor shell (30) and the control module (5) mounted on the mounting shell (2), making an electrical connection between the two stable and reliable, and improving the stability and reliability of the electric motor position detection performance achieved by the control module (5) by means of the electric motor position sensor (3).
