Abstract:
A power box (2) installation structure for an LED light, which belongs to the technical field of LED light fittings. The power box installation structure comprises an aluminium substrate (1). A drive power box (2) is provided in the plate face centre of one side of the aluminium substrate (1). Several LED lamp filaments (3) are distributed on the aluminium substrate (1) on the periphery of the drive power box (2), wherein the drive power box (2) consists of a box body (2a) and a main board module (2b) provided within the box body (2a). A power source output hole (2c) is provided on the board face of the main board module (2b). A through-hole is provided on the box body (2a) corresponding to the power source output hole (2c). A conductive pin (4) corresponding to the power source output hole (2c) is provided on the aluminium substrate (1). The conductive pin (4) is connected to the LED lamp filaments (3). The conductive pin (4) extends through the through-hole on the box body (2a) and the power source output hole (2c) in sequence and is welded at the power source output hole (2c). The present invention provides a power box (2) installation structure for an LED light which has a compact structure, is convenient for assembly and can be produced in an automatic manner, for use in the installation of an LED light fitting power source.
