Abstract:
The disclosed power charging station administration device (20), set by the administrator of a charger (50) for vehicle-mounted batteries, administrates by means of an administration unit (21) available time slot information, which indicates time slots at which the vehicle-mounted battery charger (50) is available, and installation site information, which indicates the installation site of the vehicle-mounted battery charger (50). An information publication unit (22) publishes on a home page the available time slot information and the installation site information administrated by the administration unit (21). By verifying the published information, an occupant of a vehicle (A) other than the administrator (the owner of vehicle (X)) of the vehicle-mounted battery charger (50) can use said vehicle-mounted battery charger (50) during time slots in which said vehicle-mounted battery charger (50) is available.
