Abstract:
Provided is a highly reliable power circuit device. This power circuit device is equipped with a printed substrate (1), a power circuit, and a housing (10). The power circuit is formed on the printed substrate (1). The housing (10) is connected to the printed substrate (1). The power circuit includes secondary-side switching elements (3a, 3b, 3c, and 3d), at least one smoothing coil (5a), and smoothing capacitors (6). A portion of a smoothing coil core (5aE, 5aI) that is the core of the smoothing coil (5a) is inserted into openings (22) formed in the printed substrate (1). The winding of the smoothing coil (5a) is formed on the printed substrate. The smoothing coil (5a) is positioned between a region C, in which the smoothing capacitors 6 are arranged, and regions A and B, which serve as a second region in which primary-side switching elements (2a, 2b, 2c, and 2d) and the secondary-side switching elements (3a, 3b, 3c, and 3d) serving as electrical elements are arranged.
