Abstract:
A power connecting and disconnecting device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an operator (1001) including a stator (1101) having an input-side coil (1140) wound in a lower case, a moving element (1201) including a permanent magnet (1210) fixed to a bottom of the input-side coil (1140) and moving in an input direction in which it is pulled toward the input-side coil (1140) and in an opening direction away from the input-side coil (1140); and an opening spring (2001) elastically supporting the moving element (1201) in the opening direction and a passive element (151) combined with the moving element (1201) as a single body. Here, the passive element (151) includes an inner cage (1205) as the moving element that is combined to be mutually movable therewith and moving in the input direction and the opening direction and an outer cage (1203) surrounding the inner cage (1205) and is configured to allow the inner cage (1205) fixed to be partially protruded inside the outer cage (1203) to pull the input-side coil (1140) to maintain an input completion position due to a magnetic field generated by applying a control current to a stator coil (1130) as a magnetic path forming element on one side of the stator (1101).
