Abstract:
A power information acquiring unit (101) acquires power information indicating the total power consumption of a plurality of electric devices. When a total power variation that is a variation of the total power consumption per unit time exceeds a power change threshold value, a list generation unit (102) adds, to a list, a record corresponding to a first electric device in which an individual power variation that is a variation of power consumption per unit time exceeds the power change threshold value. A transmission unit (104) transmits, to the plurality of electric devices, adjustment instruction information indicating that the power consumption should be adjusted and parameter information indicating parameters including the number of records included in the list.
