Abstract:
A power consumption amount estimation device of the present invention estimates the power consumption amount of an industrial machine equipped with a motor, a machine driven by the motor, and an amplifier for driving the motor and is provided with: an operation pattern information acquiring unit 11; a dynamics information acquiring unit 12; a circuit information acquiring unit 13 for acquiring amplifier information and motor information; and a power consumption amount calculation unit 14 for executing, over a specified time period, a process of calculating the power consumptions of a motor and a regenerative resistor on the basis of operation pattern information, dynamics information, the amplifier information, the motor information, and a simulated bus voltage value and of calculating the power consumption of the industrial machine on the basis of each of the calculated power consumptions, and a process of updating a bus voltage on the basis of the calculated power consumptions of the motor and the regenerative resistor and the calculated power consumption of the industrial machine, and for calculating the power consumption amount of the industrial machine by integrating the calculated power consumption of the industrial machine.
