A power consumption control method, the method comprising: when a modem of respective modems in a mobile terminal is in an idle state, controlling the modem in the idle state to enter a sleep state (101); and when a wake-up message for a corresponding modem is acquired, waking-up the corresponding modem such that it enters an operating state (102). Further disclosed is a power consumption controller, and a computer storage medium.
