Abstract:
In the present invention, a current value acquisition unit (1021) acquires a current value of a parameter indicating an operating environment of a first electric device of a plurality of electric devices. A power information acquisition unit (101) acquires first power information relating to total power consumption of the plurality of electric devices before the current value changes, and second power information relating to the total power consumption of the plurality of electric devices after the current value has changed. A generation unit (104) generates correspondence information indicating a correspondence between the value of the parameter and power consumption of the first electric device if the current value has changed. A predicted value acquisition unit (1022) acquires a predicted value of the parameter. A prediction unit (105) predicts the power consumption of the first electric device on the basis of the correspondence information generated by the generation unit (104) and the predicted value acquired by the predicted value acquisition unit (1022).
