Abstract:
Provided is a device capable of reducing power consumption. An actuator drive device (30) includes a DC voltage generation unit (31), a voltage detection unit (34), a drive voltage generation unit (37), and a switching unit (35). The DC voltage generation unit (31) supplies current to the voltage detection unit (34). The voltage detection unit (34) is capable of detecting, from current flowing therethrough, the value of a DC voltage (Vdc) supplied from the DC voltage generation unit (31). The drive voltage generation unit (37) generates drive voltages (SU, SV, SW) for driving a room fan motor (M22) on the basis of the detection results from the voltage detection unit (34). The switching unit (35) switches the flow of current so that the current flows inside the voltage detection unit (34) in a drive mode and the current does not flow inside the voltage detection unit (34) in a drive suspension mode. The room fan motor (M22) is driven as an actuator in the drive mode, and the driving of the room fan motor (M22) is suspended in the drive suspension mode.
