Abstract:
A power control assistance device (100) is provided with: an acquisition unit (101) that acquires transitions in the power consumption of a facility and peaks in the power consumption of the facility; a calculation unit (102) that calculates a power surplus amount for each of a plurality of times; a storage unit (103) that stores, for each of a plurality of operations by a plurality of devices in the facility, the power consumption resulting from the operation and execution constraint conditions for the operation; a generation unit (104) that uses the power consumption resulting from the operations and the execution constraint conditions stored in the storage unit (103) as a basis to select one or more operations which can be executed in the range of the power surplus amount during a power surplus time in which the power surplus amount is greater than zero, then generates a schedule for executing the one or more selected operations during the power surplus time; and an output unit (105) that outputs the schedule.
