Abstract:
The present invention relates to a power control device, a power control method, a program, and a power control system that enables more flexible power control in response to user's desires.
The ratio among a plurality of power control modes is set. A target electrical energy value for transmission and reception is calculated using a daily target electrical energy value for transmission and reception, which differs daily and which is the target value for each in the plurality of power control modes in accordance with the ratios set, where the target electrical energy value is the actual target when executing power control.
The power control is implemented in accordance with the target transmission and receiving power amount. The present technique can be applied to a solar power generation module, a storage battery system, and a power control system configured by mutually connected loads and so forth.
