Abstract:
A power control device related to the present disclosure is provided with: first and second interconnection relays which interconnect/disconnect an inverter with/from a system; a reference potential relay through which a neutral phase of an autonomous operation output system is taken as a reference potential; voltage sensors respectively installed between the first interconnection relay and the inverter, and between the first interconnection relay and the system; voltage sensors respectively installed between the second interconnection relay and the inverter, and between the second interconnection relay and the system; and a control unit which determines whether states of the respective interconnection relays are normal on the basis of voltage values measured by the voltage sensors, after the reference potential relay is turned on such that the neutral phase is taken as the reference potential.
