Abstract:
A power-on/off control device comprises a port signal isolation circuit (D1) and a control signal isolation circuit (D2), wherein an input end of the port signal isolation circuit (D1) receives an external control input signal (V2) and outputs a high/low-level driving control signal according to the external control input signal (V2); an input end of the control signal isolation circuit (D2) is connected with an output end of the port signal isolation circuit (D1), an output end thereof outputs an internal controlled signal (V4), and the control signal isolation circuit (D2) outputs a corresponding internal controlled signal (V4) according to the driving control signal output by the port signal isolation circuit (D1). A power-on/off control method is also disclosed.
