Abstract:
A power control device (4) predicts the power demand by each load device (11), power generated by each power-generating device (12), and specific stored power amount of each electricity storage device (13). The power control device (4) calculates a surplus power amount at a time when the specific stored power amount is at an upper-limit power storage amount, and calculates a power shortage amount at a time when the specific stored power amount is at a lower-limit power storage amount. The power control device (4) forms at least one group by combining at least one first customer facility (1) having a surplus power amount and at least one second customer facility (1) having a power shortage amount. The power control device (4) sets an amount of transmitting power to be sent from the first customer facility (1) to the second customer facility (1) such that the stored power amounts of the electricity storage devices (13) of the first and second customer facilities (1) in each group fall between the upper-limit power storage amount and the lower-limit power storage amount.
