Abstract:
Provided is a power control device (10, 210), wherein if there is an unbalanced state in which an index of either an SOC or output voltage of either one of a plurality of batteries (34A, 34B) is greater than an index of the other battery by at least a certain value, a control unit (18) causes a switching unit (14) to carry out an operation of permitting the passage of electric current between the one battery and a power path (28A) while prohibiting the passage of electric current between the other battery and the power path (28A).
