Abstract:
A power control device 10 is provided in a vehicle V including a suspension device 6, a vehicle driving motor 3 that drives the vehicle V and also supplies power to the suspension device 6, and a suspension driving motor 4 which has lower output than the vehicle driving motor 3 and which supplies power to the suspension device 6, the power control device controlling the power supplied to the suspension device 6 from the suspension driving motor 4 and the vehicle driving motor 3, the power control device 10 being provided with: a specifying unit 131 that specifies a demanded output level that is the power output level demanded by the suspension device 6; and an output control unit 132 that causes the suspension driving motor 4 to output power to be supplied to the suspension device 6 if the demanded output level specified by the specifying unit 131 is below a prescribed threshold and causes the vehicle driving motor 3 to output power to be supplied to the suspension device 6 if the demanded output level specified by the specifying unit 131 is at or above the prescribed threshold.
