Abstract:
A power control system and an energy storage vehicle having same. The power control system comprises: a fuel cell system (1) used for generating electric energy; an energy storage system (2) used for receiving the electric energy generated by the fuel cell system (1), the energy storage system (2) being connected to the fuel cell system (1); a control system assembly (3), which is separately connected to a drive system (4) and the energy storage system (2) and used for converting the electric energy released by the energy storage system (2) into electric energy suitable for the drive system (4), thereby driving the drive system (4) to operate. The power control system can generate electric energy using a fuel cell system (1) carried by the power control system, and store the electric energy in an energy storage system (2); a control system assembly (3) further controls the energy storage system (2) to convert the stored electric energy into electric energy suitable for a drive system (4) and provide same for the drive system (4), thereby solving the inconvenience caused by the fact that an existing energy storage vehicle needs to perform charging by means of a current collector; moreover, configuration of ground charging equipment can be cancelled, so that the construction costs of the project are reduced.
