Abstract:
A consumer facility is provided with a solar power generator provided with solar batteries and a storage device provided with storage batteries. Power is selectively supplied from a power supply system, the power generator, and the storage device to an electrical load of the consumer facility. The power generator can reverse the flow of power to the power supply system. A surplus power determination unit determines the difference (surplus power generated) between the power generated by the power generator and the power required by the electrical load. When surplus generated power is produced, a total operation controller appropriates the stored power of the storage device as power to be consumed by the electrical load. When surplus generated power is not produced, the total operation controller allows the stored power of the storage device to be stored in the storage device without appropriating this power as power to be consumed by the electrical load.
