Abstract:
A first semiconductor power module and a second semiconductor power module are anchored side by side a first flow-path, along a direction that a coolant flows through the first flow-path, a third semiconductor power module is anchored to a second flow-path so as to be opposed to each other with the first semiconductor power module, with a capacitor circuit unit interposed therebetween, and electric circuit elements, which are to be electrically connected in parallel or in series with the capacitor circuit unit and DC terminals, are arranged at a position opposing each other with the second semiconductor power module, with the capacitor circuit unit interposed therebetween.
