Abstract:
A power conversion device diagnosis circuit is provided with: a noise current detection unit 119 for detecting a noise component superimposed on a DC power line of a power conversion device 10 that is configured by including a plurality of power semiconductor elements 105 and converts an AC power or a DC power to an AC power having a variable frequency and a variable voltage; a pulse conversion unit 111 for converting the noise component detected by the noise current detection unit 119 to pulse waves; and a time measurement unit 112 for measuring the time difference between the pulse waves and the time difference between a control signal input to the power semiconductor elements 105 and the pulse waves. The pulse conversion unit 111 generates the pulse waves by capturing timing occurring due to the vibration of the noise component.
