Abstract:
This power conversion device is characterized by comprising: a power conversion unit that converts and outputs voltage bidirectionally from a DC power source to an electric motor and from the electric motor to the DC power source; a first voltage detecting unit that detects inter-terminal voltage at the DC power source side of the power conversion unit; a second voltage detecting unit that detects inter-terminal voltage at the electric motor side of the power conversion unit; and a control unit that controls an operation of the power conversion unit, wherein the control unit is provided with a first calculating unit that calculates a main duty from a target voltage and the inter-terminal voltage at the electric motor side, and a second calculating unit that calculates a sub duty from the main duty, the inter-terminal voltage at the electric motor side, and the inter-terminal voltage at the DC power source side detected by the second voltage detecting unit, and a duty amount for operating the power conversion unit is calculated on the basis of the main duty and the sub duty. The power conversion device can improve the follow-up property of control even when an output voltage varies due to an influence of dead time.
