Abstract:
Provided is a power conversion device 100 comprising: a first inverter 120 connected to one end of the windings M1, M2, M3 of each phase of a motor 200; a second inverter 130 connected to the other end of the windings of each phase; and a first switching circuit 110 having at least one of a first switch element 111 for switching whether the first inverter and a power supply 101 are connected or disconnected and a second switch element 112 for switching whether the first inverter and a ground are connected or disconnected. The power conversion device 100 has a first operation mode in which power conversion is performed using the second inverter and a first neutral point in the windings of each phase constituting the first inverter when driving the motor at low speed, and a second operation mode in which power conversion is performed by n-phase energization control of the first and second inverters when driving the motor at high speed.
