Abstract:
This invention is provided with: a booster unit (110) having a plurality of stages (120) connected in parallel, the booster unit (110) boosting a voltage from a power supply (101); and a smoothing unit (130) for smoothing the boosted voltage. Each of the plurality of stages (120) is provided with: an energy accumulation unit (121) for receiving a current from the power supply (101) and accumulating energy; a switching unit (122) for switching between connection and disconnection of a path that short-circuits a current from the energy accumulation unit (121); and a backflow prevention unit (123) for preventing backflow from the smoothing unit (130). At least one of the plurality of stages (120) is provided with a characteristic adjustment unit (124) for adjusting the switching characteristics of the switching unit (122).
