Abstract:
Provided is a power conversion device provided with: semiconductor switching elements on the P-side and N-side for each performing switching control in accordance with a mode of energizing a P-terminal and an N-terminal; diodes each connected in parallel with each of the semiconductor switching elements on the P-side and N-side; a smoothing capacitor connected in parallel with the combination of each of the semiconductor switching elements on the P-side and each of the semiconductor switching elements on the N-side connected in series; and a package housing the respective semiconductor switching elements on the P-side and N-side, each of the diodes, and the smoothing capacitor.
