Abstract:
In the present invention, an image recognition unit (12) determines, on the basis of an image taken by a camera part (11), whether the position of an electric vehicle (3) is a predetermined charge/discharge position or not, and also determines whether charging/discharging of the electric vehicle (3) is allowable or not. When the position of the electric vehicle (3) is determined to be the predetermined charge/discharge position and charging/discharging of the electric vehicle (3) is determined to be allowable, a connector locking control unit (15) controls a charge/discharge connector latch part (24) such that connection between a charge/discharge cable (2) and the electric vehicle (3) is fixed. Further, a charge/discharge control unit (14) allows a power conversion unit (13) to charge/discharge the electric vehicle (3).
