Abstract:
In the present invention, a transformer is configured using three or more windings that are magnetically joined. A capacitor (3), a switching circuit (4), and an AC/DC converter (2) for converting alternating current power of an alternating current power source (1) are connected to one winding (6a). A switching circuit (8 or 30) for converting the power of a direct current power source is connected to at least one winding among the remaining windings. The voltage of the capacitor (3) or the alternating current power source (1) is detected. The operating status of each of the switching circuits (4, 8, 30) is determined using an operating-status-determining circuit (101) on the basis of the detected value of the voltage. An output-switching circuit (103) switches the power source between the alternating current power source (1) and the direct current power sources (11, 34) on the basis of the results on the determined operating conditions.
