Abstract:
A power converter having a semiconductor switch, wherein common-mode noise is effectively reduced by setting the common-mode inductance value of reactors (6a, 6b, 8a, 8b) to be inserted into both lines such that the resonance frequency between the combined capacity of a line-to-ground bypass capacitor (4, 9) and the reactors (6a, 6b, 8a, 8b) to be inserted into both the lines becomes a predetermined value or more.
