Abstract:
A power conversion device (1), wherein a positive electrode lead plate (8) and a negative electrode lead plate (9) are disposed facing each other in an insulating plate (3), whereby inductance is reduced because the current directions in the respective lead plates are opposite to each other and the magnetic fields are canceled out. In addition, an external connection terminal (13), which is an end part of the positive electrode lead plate (8) and the negative electrode lead plate (9), passes through the insulating plate (3) and is disposed in another space of a case (2) from the lower part of the insulating plate (3), making it possible to reduce the wiring distance of a power semiconductor module (16) in relation to a capacitor element (4), and to lower the inductance.
