Abstract:
A power conversion device of the present invention is provided with a plurality of semiconductor elements (2) and a control circuit unit (3). The power conversion device is configured such that the semiconductor elements (2) connected in parallel are switching-operated at one time. The control circuit unit (3) is provided with: a drive circuit (30) connected to the semiconductor elements (2) that operate at one time; control wiring (4G); and reference wiring (4KE). The control wiring (4G) connects the drive circuit (30) and a control electrode (21G) of each of the semiconductor elements (2) to each other. The reference wiring (4KE) connects the drive circuit (30) and a reference electrode (21KE) of each of the semiconductor elements (2) to each other. An inductance (LKE) parasitic to the reference wiring (4KE) is set smaller than an inductance (LG) parasitic to the control wiring (4G).
