Abstract:
In order to provide a power conversion device having a small size, light weight, and small loss, the present invention addresses the problem of achieving a small loss of a switching element to be used in a power semiconductor element. An inverter circuit relating to the present invention is provided with a plurality of semiconductor elements connected in parallel, and magnetoresistive elements electrically connected to current control terminals of the semiconductor elements. Each of the magnetoresistive elements is disposed between two semiconductor elements among the semiconductor elements, said each of the magnetoresistive elements being disposed at a position where magnetic fluxes generated due to currents flowing in the two semiconductor elements are cancelled each other. Furthermore, in the cases where a difference is generated between the quantities of the currents flowing in the two semiconductor elements, each of the magnetoresistive elements changes resistance so as to suppress the difference.
