Abstract:
The present invention ensures insulation between a metal member that supports a power semiconductor module, and an input/output end of the power semiconductor module.
Disclosed is a power conversion device 10 wherein a bus bar 51 of a connecting member 50 is connected to an input/output terminal 101 or the like of a semiconductor module 30, said input/output terminal protruding from an opening 41 of a metal member 40. The connecting member 50 has extending sections 55, 56 extending to a space between the bus bar 51 and the opening 41 of the metal member 40.
